Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped via USPS mail or FedEX.  Please allow one week for processing and 1-2 weeks delivery.  All artwork is insured for its value during shipping.  If your artwork is damaged or you did not receive it, please contact us mywifetheartist@gmail.com Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we will offer refunds for your original cost of the painting.

The Shipping policy for any commission art will be presented in a contract signed by the buyer and artist (Carolyn S. Perez).
